The Golden State Warriors were an abysmal road team last season, but they are 3-0 away from Chase Center to start this season. Speaking with the media after Monday night's win over the New Orleans Pelicans, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr dropped a strong statement saying, "Last year was the outlier. We’ve always been a great road team."

While these are strong words from Kerr, they are completely accurate. Throughout their dynasty, Golden State has dominated on the road, which is what made last season so confusing. While there could be several reasons for Golden State's road struggles last year, there is no denying the chemistry was not where it needed to be, which had to play a role in the Warriors being so bad away from home.

Now locked in again on the road, Golden State has won three-straight games, all of which have come away from Chase Center. Winning this one behind a 42-point explosion from Steph Curry, the Warriors were also able to get great minutes from Chris Paul off the bench, who led Golden State when Curry sat.

Things are going well for the Warriors right now, and they will look to keep this momentum going as they hope to build another team that can win a championship. Those habits start in the regular season, and the Warriors are off to a good start.
