A viral video has been circulating social media that shows Giannis Antetokounmpo seemingly expressing a level of intrigue when told to join the Golden State Warriors. The Milwaukee Bucks star reads a comment that tells him to join Golden State, smiles, and says, "Hey, man."

What was omitted from the video, was the comment Giannis made directly after that initial reaction, where he said, "No, I'm not that kind of guy."

In typical social media fashion, that portion of the video has been omitted almost everywhere, as fans and even media outlets have been pushing this idea that Giannis is intrigued with the idea of joining Golden State. While the pairing of Giannis and Steph Curry was undoubtedly be fun, it is not something the Bucks star is interesting in, as he remains loyal to the city he brought a championship to in 2021.

While things can always change in the NBA world, the likelihood of Giannis leaving Milwaukee any time soon feels incredibly small. The Bucks losing in the first round was incredibly disappointing, but they are far from "blow it up" territory, having won the championship just a few seasons ago.

Fans have run wild with this Giannis clip, but the full video shuts down the narrative being pushed by so many. Giannis has never been interested in creating a super-team outside of Milwaukee, and that remains the case.
