NBA Admits Brutal Missed Call in Warriors vs. Nuggets Game

In this story:
The Golden State Warriors and Denver Nuggets played a great game on Wednesday night, but there was some poor officiating that undoubtedly impacted the game. The NBA has released their Last Two Minute Report for this game, and it includes a crucial missed call with under a minute remaining.
Following a Chris Paul missed three with 57 seconds left, Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon saved the ball in-bounds to Kentavious Caldwell-Pope who was fouled and made two free throws. This was a huge play that put the Nuggets up by five points with less than a minute remaining; however, the Caldwell-Pope free throws should have never occurred, because the NBA admits Gordon stepped out of bounds prior to saving the ball.
Had this been called correctly, Golden State would have been given possession with 53 seconds remaining, down just three points. While this is the only missed call on the Last Two Minute Report, it's certainly not the only missed call in the fourth quarter, as the officials also missed a clear goaltending violation when Gordon blocked Steph Curry's layup after it hit the glass. With this occurring outside of the final two minutes, it was not included in the report, but was an undeniable missed call.
Between the missed goaltending call and the missed out of bounds call, there is no denying the Warriors were on the wrong end of some crucial mistakes by the officiating crew in this one.
