Steph Curry Reacts to Mac McClung's NBA Dunk Contest Performance

If there's one thing every NBA fan can agree on, it's that Mac McClung absolutely brought it to the NBA Dunk Contest this year. He did the event justice, and even more. Steph Curry, who was briefly his teammate, can agree.

McClung has been a star in the G-League but hasn't quite found himself in the NBA. He's only 24 years old, but he was the NBA G League Rookie of the Year in 2022, on the NBA G League All-Rookie team in 2022, and in the NBA G League Next Up Game in 2023.

As an NBA player, McClung has only played in two games. He's currently signed to a two-way contract with the Philadelphia 76ers. While McClung hasn't quite had his moment with the NBA yet, the dunk contest will definitely start giving him more opportunities. If it doesn't work out with the 76ers, a team that is struggling with ticket sales or hype should absolutely sign him. Fans will now be invested in how his game actually looks on the court after the dunk contest performance he had.
