Warriors Champion Addresses Steph Curry vs. Draymond Green Leadership

In this story:
Draymond Green is often considered the vocal leader of the Golden State Warriors. This is partially why his incident with Jordan Poole last season was so impactful, because Green lost some of his ability to vocally lead. This is something that Green himself admitted, but that preseason incident is even further in the past now that Poole is with the Washington Wizards.
As the Warriors enter a pivotal season, Green projects to again be one of their leaders after re-signing a longterm contract extension. During a recent episode of Gil's Arena, Andre Iguodala was asked about the leadership of Green, and specifically who Golden State's leader is between he and Steph Curry.
"Steph is the leader," Iguodala said. "Steph is the head honcho, I think Draymond would say that. But Draymond has a load of the leadership that makes that team, and that's what makes him great."
Iguodala went on to explain Draymond's unique ability and will to win, even amidst certain limitations his game might have. That mentality is something the Warriors have bought into during Green's tenure with the organization, which is how his leadership has played a role in their dynasty.
While Curry is Golden State's leader, Green undoubtedly had a large leadership role, and that can present itself in several different ways due to his overall approach to the game.
