WATCH: Rare Steph Curry Workout Footage

In an exclusive video from Swish Cultures, Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry was seen going through an extensive workout following one of his Curry Camps. As noted in the video description, Curry was working out with longtime trainer trainer Brandon Payne. The video is just over 14 minutes long, and includes some incredible footage of Curry going through extensive shooting, conditioning, and ball handling drills, many of which came at game speed.

Curry's workouts are known for being very intense, often to the point that other NBA stars cannot keep up. The Warriors star maintains an incredible level of conditioning, which is needed to play the style of basketball that he plays every game. In constant motion, Curry needs a different level of endurance than almost every other NBA player, and has achieved that through workouts like the one captured by Swish Cultures.

Also adding a significant amount of strength since entering the league, Curry is able to sustain the physicality he faces every single game. Often grabbed and held while in motion off the ball, Curry has to fight through a lot of physicality that other players do not face. Adding strength has helped him battle through this, and is one of the many reasons he has remained elite this late into his legendary career.
