According to reports Virginia law makers have already voted on and approved the arena project in Alexandria's Potomac Yard neighborhood.
It isnt a forgone conclusion they're moving just yet as there is resistance from Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser though as she fights to keep the teams in the city.
