Will the Broncos' record-setting offense give them the edge against the Seahawks?

The Denver Broncos are your Super Bowl XLVIII favorites ... at least for now.

The Seattle Seahawks actually opened with a slight edge in the betting line, but the action quickly swung in Denver's favor once the NFC championship wrapped. According to R.J. Bell of Pregame.com and Grantland, the Broncos were a two-point favorite on average as of about 10:30 p.m. ET Sunday, with that number pushing even further north at a couple of spots.

More from Bell:

Bovada.LV was showing the Broncos as a 1.5-point favorite, with an over/under of 47.5, though both lines were still officially off the board an hour after the Seahawks solidified the Super Bowl matchup.

The Broncos have made six appearances in the Super Bowl, with wins in their past two (1998 and '99). The Seahawks' lone trip to the Super Bowl came in 2005, when they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers. These two teams have not met since Sept. 19, 2010 -- a 31-14 Denver win with Kyle Orton quarterbacking the Broncos and Matt Hasselbeck under center for the Seahawks.
