Friday September 5th, 2014

Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy left Thursday night's NFL season-opener against the Seattle Seahawks with a concussion, coach Mike McCarthy told reporters after the game.

REITER: Eddie Lacy is primed for a breakout season

Lacy left the game midway through the fourth quarter of what ended up being a blowout loss to the Seahawks. Lacy got the best of Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor on a collision, but he left the game after his next carry.

Lacy carried the ball 12 times for just 34 yards Thursday. He added three receptions for 11 yards.
