New England tight end Rob Gronkowski will be active for the Patriots' game Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, according to a report by Mike Florio.
Gronkowski himself told reporters he will see "limited" action, Florio said.
Gronkowski could be playing a on snap count, but is likely to see action in the red zone, according to Rotoworld.
The tight end is battling a back injury and did not play during the 2014 preseason.
Gronkowski only played in seven games last year for the Patriots, missing both the start and the end of the season due to a mix of back, forearm and knee injuries. He nonetheless caught 39 passes for 592 yards and four touchdowns.
