Prosecutors in the upcoming Aaron Hernandez murder trial have listedPatriots owner Robert Kraft and coach Bill Belichick as potential witnesses.

The list, released Monday by prosecutors, also includes Bills linebacker Brandon Spikes and Dolphins lineman Mike Pouncey, former pro and college teammates of Hernandez.

The list is for Hernandez's upcoming trial on first-degree murder charges in the 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd. Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Jan. 9.

A Massachusetts judge recently granted a request by Hernandez's legal team to have the trial for the 2012 killing of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado delayed in order to allow them to prepare for the Lloyd trial.

There are over 300 names on the witness list, including Hernandez's fiancee, Shanyanna Jenkins, and his cousin, Tanya Singleton, who pleaded guilty to a criminal contempt charge in August.
