While the referees were reviewing a play, Titans defensive end Jurrell Casey punched Jets quarterback Geno Smith in the helmet. The players on the Jets' sideline quickly ran onto the field to defend Smith, and a fight broke out.

From The New York Daily News:

Breno Giacomini and Willie Colon were among those that came after Casey, as each ran to attack the Titan who hit their quarterback. At one point Casey landed a punch on Giacomini’s helmet as well. Players from both sides were on field as different skirmishes broke out at the same time.

No one was ejected from the game, though Casey was called for a 15-yard penalty for unnecessary roughness.

Both teams entered the game at 2-11. At the time of the fight, the Titans led, 8-3. Four plays later, Smith threw a touchdown to give the Jets a 10-8 lead, and New York went on to win 16-11.
