The Jacksonville Jaguars and free-agent offensive tackle Jermey Parnell have agreed to a five-year, $32 million contract, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports

Parnell, who can play both right and left tackle, started seven games for the Dallas Cowboys last season on the right side, including two playoff games. Doug Free, the Cowboys' primary right tackle, signed a three-year contract on Saturday.

Parnell, 28, played four years of basketball at Ole Miss, followed by one year as a defensive end for the football team. He was converted to the offensive line by the Cowboys in 2010.

Austin Pasztor and Sam Young started at right tackle for the Jaguars last season, with former No. 2 pick Luke Joeckel on the left side.

Greg A. Bedard of The MMQB ranked Parnell as the 92nd-best available free agent this spring.
