The Minnesota Vikings have reportedly signed quarterback Shaun Hill.
NFL free agency began at 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday.
Hill started eight games for the St. Louis Rams last season, completing 63.3% of his passes for 1,657 yards, eight touchdowns and seven interceptions.
The 35-year-old was signed by the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Maryland in 2002. He spent one season in Minnesota before playing in Europe, returning to the NFL in 2006 with the San Francisco 49ers. He spent three seasons there and four with the Detroit Lions before landing with St. Louis.
Vikings offensive coordinator Norv Turner was the 49ers' offensive coordinator in 2006.
