In an interview with The MMQB's Jenny Vrentas, Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan responded to comments recently made by his former player, Jace Amaro.

Amaro, a Jets tight end, told Sirius XM NFL Radio that the team lacked accountability last season and said tardiness was an issue. Ryan was fired by New York in December, along with general manager John Idzik.

From Vrentas' interview with Ryan:

"[Amaro's] full of s—, and I'll remind him of that when we play him," said Ryan." Look, we weren't perfect, and I never said we were going to be perfect. But that's a f—— b.s. comment. But, hey, he's happy that he’s got a different coach in place. We'll see how happy he is when I play against him."

On Tuesday night, Amaro tweeted 'Game On Then', and then proceeded to delete the tweet.

The Jets hired Todd Bowles to replace Ryan, who was hired by the AFC East rival Bills.

In six seasons as New York's coach, Ryan went 46-50 and reached the AFC Championship Game in 2009 and 2010. You can read The MMQB's full piece on Ryan here
