SI's Best Photos of Eric Dickerson
Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson, who made six Pro Bowls and was named First-Team All-Pro five times, turned 56 years old on Sept. 2, 2016. Dickerson has four rushing titles, 64 career 100-yard games and the all-time record for yards in a season (2,105) — a record Adrian Peterson came within eight yards of tying in 2012. Dickerson became the first player ever to run for 1,000 yards in seven straight seasons and got to 10,000 yards in fewer games (91) than anybody else in history — seven fewer than Jim Brown and 10 fewer than Peterson.
