Final NFL roster cuts 2015: Teams finalize 53-man squads

An up-to-date tracker of all reported or confirmed cuts as NFL teams get down to a 53-man roster.

NFL teams are required to announce their final 53-man rosters for the 2015 season by Saturday, Sept. 5 at 4 p.m. ET. Teams were required to trim down their rosters from 90 players to 75 by Tuesday, Sept. 1.

Players who were on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list or the Non-Football Injury or Illness list must be placed on the PUP reserve list or Non-Football Injury or Illness reserve list, “request waivers; terminate contract; trade contract; or continue to count the player on the Active List.”​

Last year's cut-down day saw a few surprise cuts, including Falcons linebacker Pat Angerer, Bengals running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis and outside linebacker Larry English. 

All teams can start to assemble 10-player practice squads Sunday afternoon.
