Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy was pulled out of practice on Thursday due to tightness in his hamstring
McCoy sustained a hamstring injury during training camp, but was active for Week 1, despite not feeling 100 percent recovered.
If McCoy is out against the Patriots due to the injury, rookie Karlos Williams will have to step up, though Ryan is not ready to consider the possibility of McCoy not being ready to play on Sunday.
Williams led the team with 55 rushing yards in the Bills’ season opening win against the Colts.
