After sustaining a minor ankle injury on Sunday, Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy could return to action for next Monday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, reports NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport.

Lacy exited the team’s 27–17 victory over the Seattle Seahawks in the first quarter. X-rays taken on Sunday night came back negative.

In 2013, Lacy injured his right ankle against the Atlanta Falcons but returned to action soon afterwards.

James Starks collected 95 yards on 20 carries after filling in for Lacy. Lacy finished with three carries for 9 yards.

In Week 1, Lacy rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown as the Packers defeated the Bears to start the season.
