Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is “50–50” to play in Monday’s game against the Lions, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.

Lynch left Sunday’s game against the Bears with a hamstring injury after just five carries. He did not return to the game, and head coach Pete Carroll said the next day that Lynch would undergo an MRI.

Lynch has been exceptionally durable for a running back during his NFL career. He has missed only eight games in eight-plus seasons and hasn’t missed a game since 2011.

With Lynch out for most of last week’s game, undrafted rookie Thomas Rawls saw the majority of the snaps at running back. He carried 16 times for 104 yards. Veteran Fred Jackson also saw time.

Reports: Kiko Alonso (knee) will be able to return this season
