Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is officially listed as active for Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders. Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports that the Bears plan on starting Cutler, although the hamstring injury he suffered on Sept. 20 is not yet 100 percent.

Cutler suffered the injury while trying to escape the pocket during the second quarter of a 48–23 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. He has struggled in the game action he has seen so far this season, completing just 26 of 45 passes and throwing as many interceptions as touchdowns (2).

Jimmy Clausen started in Cutler's place last week in a 26–0 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He is 23 of 40 for 184 yards and one interception in just under six quarters of play.

The Bears are still looking for their first win of the season.
