San Diego Chargers wide receiver Malcom Floyd left Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns with a concussion, according to the team.

Floyd left the game in the first half after absorbing a hit from Browns linebacker Nate Orchard at the end of the 20-yard completion. Floyd returned briefly, but was soon taken back to the locker room and diagnosed with a concussion.

Floyd was coming off his best game of the season in Week 3, when he caught seven passes for 63 yards.

The Chargers received the ball to begin the second half, which the teams entered tied at 13.
