Jay Cutler turned a fumble into a go-ahead touchdown against the Chiefs.
Quarterback Jay Cutler had Chicago Bears’ fans holding their breath late in the fourth quarter during Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Cutler dropped a shotgun snap in the red zone, but was able to quickly pick up the loose ball and find running back Matt Forte for a seven-yard touchdown. Forte’s score gave the Bears a 18-17 lead over the Chiefs with only a few seconds left.
Chicago would eventually hold on for the win. Cutler finished the game completing 26 of 45 passes, throwing for 252 yards and two touchdowns.
Chicago improved its record to 2–3 and face the Detroit Lions next week.
