Buffalo Bills receiver Sammy Watkinstold reporters he will “definitely” play in Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.

Watkins is officially listed as questionable and did not practice Friday because of ankle soreness, according to ESPN’s Mike Rodak. Watkins injured his left ankle Oct. 18 against Cincinnati and has been out since. He returned to practice in a limited capacity this week, but had a setback during Thursday’s practice.

“I just kind of told the coaches, ‘Hey, my ankle is kind of bothering me. I had a little tweak,’” Watkins said, regarding being held out of practice Friday. Bills coach Rex Ryan called Watkins a game-time decision but predicted the receiver would be fine, calling his tweak a “little hiccup.”

Watkins, 22, has 11 catches for 147 yards and two touchdowns in four games this season.
