The Eagles beat the Cowboys in overtime on Sunday thanks to a 41-yard touchdown pass from Sam Bradford to Jordan Matthews.

Philadelphia got the ball first in overtime and Bradford led the Eagles on a nine-play 80-yard touchdown drive to improve to 4–4 on the season.

The Eagles appeared to have surrendered possession on a fourth-and-1 from the Dallas 43 when Ryan Mathews fumbled, but the call was overturned on review. On the next play, Bradford found Matthews coming across the field and the second-year receiver ran past a defender into the end zone.

Bradford finished the day 25 for 36 with 295 yards and the touchdown, while Matthews had 133 yards on nine catches.

The loss dropped Dallas to 2–6 on the year, last place in the NFC East.
