2016 NFL draft order: Titans, Chargers, Browns form top three

With three weeks left in the NFL season, the order for this spring’s draft is beginning to take shape.

With three weeks left in the NFL season, the order for this spring’s draft is beginning to take shape.

After Sunday’s games, the first three spots belong to the Titans, Chargers and Browns. Cleveland beat the 49ers, while Tennessee was blown out by Jets and San Diego lost a 10–3 game to the Chiefs. All three teams are 3–10, with the tiebreaker settled on strength of schedule. 

The draft begins on April 28 in Chicago.
