The New York Jets have signed wide receiver Joe Anderson to their practice squad after he posted a photo on Instagram asking NFL teams for work.

The team announced the signing on Tuesday.

Six weeks ago, Anderson posted a photo of himself standing outside the Texans’ stadium with a sign reading: “Not homeless...but starving for success. Will run routes 4 food.”

Anderson tagged comedian Steve Harvey, Cavaliers star LeBron James, actor Kevin Hart, NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders and rapper P. Diddy in hopes they would repost the photo.

Anderson joined the Jets’ practice squad on Tuesday and will work out with former Bears teammate Brandon Marshall.

Anderson signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of Texas Southern in 2012. He played in nine games over two seasons before spending time with the Eagles’ practice squad in 2014.
