Bengals safety Reggie Nelson is out for the rest of Saturday’s playoff game against the Steelers after a second-quarter ankle injury.

Bengals safety Reggie Nelson is out for the rest of Saturday’s playoff game against the Steelers after a second-quarter left ankle injury.
Just before halftime, the Bengals announced Nelson would not return to the game after initially calling him questionable to return.
Nelson was injured while completing a sack of Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, appearing to trip over teammate Vincent Rey on the play.
Earlier in the game, Nelson was embroiled in a bit of controversy during a sideline altercation with Steelers coach Mike Munchak.
