Steelers receiver Martavis Bryant gave Pittsburgh a 15–0 lead over Cincinnati with an incredibly difficult touchdown catch in the third quarter of Saturday’s playoff game.
Playing through heavy rain, Bryant ran toward the right corner of the endzone and leaped to haul in a pass from Ben Roethlisberger over Bengals cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick. He barely held onto the ball as he fell out of bounds, pinning it against his right leg to maintain possession. Bryant somersaulted out of bounds and kept control of the ball in the process, hanging on for the 10-yard score.
After review, the play was ruled a touchdown. The Steelers then went for two and failed to convert.
