Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski connected for a late four-yard touchdown to set up a potential game-tying two-point conversion in the AFC Championship Game.

With 12 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter, Brady found Gronkowski in the back of the end zone on fourth-and-goal from to make the score 20–18.

Their two-point try was intercepted, and the Broncos advanced to the Super Bowl.
