Broncos CB Aqib Talib has rough first half in Super Bowl 50

Monday February 8th, 2016

Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib has had a rough first half in Super Bowl 50 against the Carolina Panthers, accumulating three penalties and two personal fouls.

His first personal foul came in the first quarter for taunting. Talib then picked up a second personal foul in the second quarter for a face mask grab.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell recently proposed a rule that would result in an automatic ejection for any player who gets two personal fouls during a game. Had that rule already been instituted, Talib would have been kicked out of the Super Bowl.

Watch both incidents below.
