After testing positive for marijuana in a league-administered drug test in March, Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon will have his reinstatement into the NFL delayed, reports Adam Schefter of ESPN.

According to Schefter, officials from the NFL won’t consider allowing Gordon to return to the Browns until he goes between 60 and 90 days without raising any red flags on drugs tests.

However, that does mean that Gordon has the chance to suit up this season, a possibility that was very much in question after he missed all of 2015 after violating the league’s substance abuse policy.

Gordon, who was drafted in the second round of the 2012 supplemental draft, hasn’t played a full season since 2013. He was limited to five games in 2014 after being suspended following a DUI arrest prior to the season.
