Rookie Jacoby Brissett is making his first career start for the Patriots on Thursday, because Tom Brady is suspended, Jimmy Garoppolo is injured and Julian Edelman is definitely still better at playing wide receiver.

The third round pick out of NC State opened the game against the Texans with quite a splash, giving the Patriots a 10–0 lead with a long touchdown run and pretty sweet juke move along the sidelines.

Watch it here.

The Patriots led 10–0 after one quarter, with Brissett completing four of six passes for 43 yards, and running three times for 43 more.
