Rams Trade CB Marcus Peters to Ravens

The Rams have traded cornerback Marcus Peters to the Ravens, the team announced on Tuesday.

Fox's Jay Glazer reports Los Angeles will receive linebacker Kenny Young in exchange for Peters.

Through six games this season, Peters has tallied 14 tackles, two interceptions and four pass breakups. The two-time Pro Bowler was in the final year of his contract with the Rams this season. Los Angeles will now be without its two starting cornerbacks after Aqib Talib was recently placed on injured reserve.

Peters spent the first three seasons of his NFL career with the Chiefs, who selected him in the first round of the 2015 draft.
