Patrick Mahomes Headlines NFL Honors With Second MVP Award

The biggest NFL stars of the season gathered for Thursday night’s 12th annual NFL Honors, with Patrick Mahomes winning his second career MVP award to headline the night.

The Associated Press’s awards were given out, along with the announcement of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2023.

Mahomes became the 10th player in history to be named MVP multiple times.

Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson joined the short list of receivers to win the Offensive Player of the Year, as only Cooper Kupp, Jerry Rice and Michael Thomas have won previously.

The Jets swept the Rookie of the Year categories, with wide receiver Garrett Wilson taking home the offensive honor and cornerback Sauce Gardner winning the defensive title.
