Richardson left the Colts' Week 2 game versus the Texans after self-reporting concussion symptoms in the second quarter. He was placed in the NFL concussion protocol and did not practice Wednesday or Thursday.

Gardner Minshew will start at quarterback against Baltimore. The five-year veteran threw for 171 yards and a touchdown on 19-for-23 passing after taking over for Richardson.

In the two games Richardson has played, he's completed 30-of-47 passes for 279 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The rookie has also rushed for 75 yards and three scores on 15 attempts.

The Colts-Ravens tilt could be affected by Hurricane Ophelia, which is expected to hit the Eastern seaboard on Saturday.
