Skip Bayless and FS1 Should Be Embarrassed by Latest Dallas Cowboys Coverage on ‘Undisputed'

This was a rough look for the morning show.

Just when you thought the Dallas Cowboys couldn’t take up any more oxygen in the sports media world, Skip Bayless and the Undisputed team one-upped the rest of the country.

Bayless makes no secret of where his NFL allegiances lie, and bringing on a pair of former Cowboys in Michael Irvin and Keyshawn Johnson as regular contributors to his morning show seemed likely to take things to a new level. But on Tuesday, Undisputed somehow spent an entire two-hour show talking exclusively about the Cowboys following their win on Monday Night Football against the Chargers.

Few people noticed it live, but a Reddit user looked at the timestamps shared for the episode in podcast form and realized that the show had somehow done all nine segments on the game. While that might be appropriate for the Monday after the Super Bowl, it feels quite over-the-top for a regular season game.

With his new show, Bayless seems intent on shoving “America’s Team” down America’s throats. Whether viewers care to watch is another story. The Cowboys do get another standalone game during Week 13 in a Thursday clash with the Seahawks, so we’ll see if Undisputed can replicate these numbers after that game.
