The rematch of last year's NFC championship got a bit heated on Sunday, with the 49ers and Eagles trading barbs and a bit of contact on the sideline in the second half.

At one point, things boiled over a bit, and San Francisco linebacker Dre Greenlaw made contact with Eagles head of security Dom DiSandro, leading to both men being ejected from the game.

While most fanbases might not be familiar with their team's head of security, Philadelphia is not most fanbases. DiSandro is beloved by Eagles fans, and has been the subject of fascination and fan cams for some time.

Thus, as he walked off the field, Eagles fans gave DiSandro a rousing ovation.

Video from inside the stadium was similarly stunning.

Eagles fans online also offered their support for DiSandro.
