Travis Kelce Picked a Comical Time to Drop Such an Easy Pass From Patrick Mahomes

The timing of this was too good. Unless you’re a Kansas City Chiefs fan.

The Kansas City Chiefs have had some issues this year with catching passes from Patrick Mahomes. 

That trend continued early in Monday’s Christmas Day game against the Las Vegas Raiders when Travis Kelce couldn’t hold on to an easy pass from his quarterback. 

The Chiefs’ star tight end, whose girlfriend, pop star Taylor Swift, showed up to the game with Santa Claus, picked a comical time to make such a mistake, as it came right after Jim Nantz and the CBS broadcast ran through a creative graphic about how badly the Chiefs have struggled to catching passes from Mahomes this season. 

The timing of this was just so darn perfect:
