After the Philadelphia Eagles’ loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday in the wild-card round of the playoffs, a camera caught the moment an Eagles fan threw his popcorn on coach Nick Sirianni, who was walking off the field at Raymond James Stadium.

The fan, dressed in Eagles gear, was heard uttering, “You’re done, Nick,” in the background of the video.

The perpetrator appeared to be a man wearing a No. 7 Haason Redick jersey with a Philadelphia hat. Immediately, security on the ground identified the man, pointed him out and entered the stands to chase him down. The man quickly tried to escape through the crowd and up the stairs. It did not appear that he was successful.

It’s unclear what discipline the fan faced.

Sirianni faced significant criticism from the Eagles fan base after the 32–9 loss—especially given how the team performed in the final weeks of the regular season. Philadelphia started the year 10–1 after a Super Bowl appearance last year but lost five of their final six regular-season games before their blowout loss to Tampa Bay.
