Four Bengals Uniform Redesigns Worth Checking Out

Here are three concept jerseys that could be an upgrade

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are getting new uniforms for the 2021 season. They made the announcement on Thursday morning.

How drastic will the changes be? That's the question everyone's asking following a decade and a half with the same uniforms.

The Bengals have made some tweaks since unveiling their current threads in 2004, but their "stripes" haven't changed much.

They'll be unveiling the new uniforms in the spring. The move comes after outcry about their current uniforms had grown louder and louder in recent seasons.

Bengals legend Boomer Esiason called for the team to redesign their uniforms.

No one knows what the new threads will look like, but artists have released concept uniforms on social media.

Designer Dan Royer created concept uniforms that Bengals fans might like. Check them out below.

Royer isn't the only one that created concept uniforms for the Bengals. Codey Dauch also put together quite a combination.

Longtime Bengals Super Fan 'Bengal Jim' also tweeted a concept he saw online. These are all examples of complete overhauls to their current uniforms.

Ted Hyman also posted a concept he designed. Check them both out below.

The changes the Bengals make might not be as drastic as the concepts above, but it's a step in the right direction.

Star quarterback Joe Burrow should wear new threads, not the same ones that Carson Palmer and Andy Dalton wore for most of their careers.
