CINCINNATI — The Bengals founder got further cemented into football history recently. "Paul Brown Park" is now entrenched in Norwalk, Ohio, with a statue of Paul Brown at the entrance.
Paul H. Brown, the youngest grandson of the legendary coach, and current Vice President of Player Personnel for the Cincinnati Bengals, helped unveil the park alongside Bengals' great Anthony Muñoz.
“It’s an unbelievable feeling to be here today,” Brown said. “It feels really good. My grandfather was an amazing person. To know that Norwalk felt that he was such an amazing person to do something like this is incredible. It means a lot to our family, and we’re very appreciative of everything today.”
Brown was born in Norwalk in 1908.
