Orlando Brown Jr. Dives Into Growing Relationship With Joe Burrow, His Offseason Workouts

The big fella broke down some fun topics on Enter The Jungle.

CINCINNATI — Orlando Brown Jr. and the Bengals are sharpening their tools for the 2024 season as the big fella appeared on Enter The Jungle recently to break it all down.

Bengals players aren't shy about spending time in the building this offseason as Brown and Joe Burrow build a stronger relationship.

"Since the moment I signed you know, seeing him out there in New York City, ironically, I feel like our friendship and relationship has grown," Brown told James Rapien. "He's just the best man, just getting to know him and how he is as a person, who he is as a teammate and quarterback. It's a reason why he's one of the top two quarterbacks in this league."

That culture is a big reason why Cincinnati was able to land new right tackle Trent Brown on such a palatable deal. It could be the ultimate key to the franchise's first Super Bowl title as Brown gets ready on the other side of the line with an old-school workout regimen.

"It's just a lot of old school stuff I would say in the sense of your back squats, your deadlifts, your bench presses, hang cleans to some extent," Brown said about his workouts right now. "Your more traditional movements in the weight room. I would say, once I kind of get in season I normally, as opposed to back squat, may do a little something different. I mean, in terms of less load or leg presses."
