Watch: Deshaun Watson Ranks His Favorite Browns Uniform Combos
Did he rank the Browns uniforms properly?
In lieu of the Browns getting set to reveal the return of white facemasks permanently as part of their uniform closet, quarterback DeShaun Watson ranked his top four Browns uniform combos.
Watson always saves the final segment of the weekly podcast QB Unplugged – which he co-hosts with personal coach Qunicy Avery – for some sort of ranking. On Friday he dedicated the segment to ranking Cleveland's best threads.
The star QB's list featured:
1) New All White Look With the White Helmet
2) The Classic Brown Jersey with White Pants
3) Browns Jersey with Orange Pants
4) White Road Jersey on Orange Pants
While the list usually ends at four (Watson's number) he did throw in a fifth submission of the white road jersey with browns pants as well.
The all white look that topped Watson's ranking was a fan favorite upon being revealed ahead of last season, particularly the all white helmet with the brown and orange stripe down the middle. White facemasks have also been a popular alternate look for several games the last two seasons, to the point where the team is expected to make them an official part of their uniform.
The announcement of a return to white masks is expected any day now from the team, which had to file an official logo and uniform change with the league in order to make it happen.
The team actually teased the new helmet logo, which is expected to now have a white facemask last week on the day of the total solar eclipse.
