First Look At Joe Flacco With Browns
Joe Flacco’s next NFL chapter in Cleveland officially began Wednesday with his first full practice day in Berea since joining the Browns’ practice squad Monday.
Flacco, a 15-year veteran who last played with the Jets last season, donned a Browns jersey for the first time ever in Cleveland’s first practice of Week 12 as they prepared to face the Broncos.

Flacco wearing a Browns jersey is a look that could certainly take some time for Browns fans to get used to after he spent the first 11 seasons of his career with the Ravens.
Flacco largely dominated the Browns during his career in Baltimore, helping the Ravens go 17-3 against the Browns during his tenure. He’s 18-3 all-time against the Browns, with his lone non-Ravens win coming last year in Week 2 — an infamous 31-30 Browns loss in which the Jets scored 14 points in the final 92 seconds.
No one knows when — or if — Flacco will appear in a game with the Browns, but it was notable Wednesday when head coach Kevin Stefanski declined to name a backup quarterback who will play behind Dorian Thompson-Robinson next Sunday in Denver.

Flacco and P.J. Walker, who is on the active roster, are the only two other quarterback options. Flacco has three practice squad elevations the Browns can use before they would have to sign him to the active roster or pass him through waivers and re-sign him to the practice squad.
Flacco last appeared in a game in Week 17 last season with the Jets. He played five games with New York last year, completing 57.6 percent of his passes for five touchdowns and three interceptions.
