The Arizona Cardinals could face the talents of WR Davante Adams twice per season if he's traded from the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Arizona Cardinals have to deal with talented receiving corps throughout the NFC West.

In Los Angeles, the Rams tout one of the best pass-catchers in football with Cooper Kupp, though he's currently out due to injury.

More north in California are the San Francisco 49ers with one of the best offenses in the league, which features Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel creating a dynamic 1-2 punch out wide.

The Seattle Seahawks themselves are no slouches with DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and rookie Jaxon Smith-Njigba in the mix, too.

Yet more star power could be on the way.

Las Vegas Raiders receiver Davante Adams hade made it clear he's unhappy after the Raiders departed with college QB Derek Carr in the offseason. The team's 1-2 record after three games hasn't exactly helped, either.

“I don’t got time to wait around. … It’s not a personal thing,” Adams said.

“I mean it is a personal thing, but it ain’t just about me. It’s not my mentality to sit here and try to take all season to figure it out. You use these early games like this to establish our identity. We’re not doing the things the right way to establish a winning culture early in the season, so we gotta do something to turn that around.”

With trade buzz now heating up around one of the league's best receivers, NFL insider Matt Lombardo pointed to the 49ers as one potential destination:

"49ers general manager John Lynch hasn't been shy about adding marquee weapons, especially after trading for Christian McCaffrey prior to last year's trade deadline, and Adams would add yet another new wrinkle to Kyle Shanahan's offense," he wrote.

"Shanahan loves to deploy Deebo Samuel both in the intermediate passing game as well as a runner, Brandon Aiyuk does a tremendous job of creating separation, McCaffrey is as versatile and explosive a weapon through the air as he is a runner, and George Kittle is a matchup nightmare for for opposing linebackers and safeties. Giving Shanahan an additional chess piece like Adams to stretch the field will make the 49ers' offense even more taxing on opposing defensive coordinators and further buttress Brock Purdy as needing to do little more than manage the game with an abundance of game-changing weapons around him."

The Cardinals will play the 49ers on the road in Week 4 before hosting them in Week 15.

The Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions were listed as other possibilities for Adams.
