The NFL had its annual schedule release on Wednesday evening, giving each franchise's social media teams the opportunity to flex their creative and comedic muscles.
The Los Angeles Chargers have set the standard in terms of schedule release videos in recent years, and they opted to change it up from the anime theme that had fans raving last season. This year, the Chargers chose a new theme for their schedule reveal, creating a three-minute video highlighting their upcoming matchups in the theme of the popular video game franchise, The Sims.
L.A. opened things up by placing all their opponents into a swimming pool... and then immediately removing the exit latter. The video, which was titled "The Chargers Schedule Release," featured a slew of funny jabs at opponents, all in the Sims thematic.
should we REALLY make our schedule release video in the sims?
