The Los Angeles Chargers have been very active with their roster moves as of late, even with the 2023 NFL draft over. It's been clear that they want to enter their official OTA's next month with a firm direction in place and now that Austin Ekeler will be returning, the plans can be made.

However, it's looking like LA has already decided that they will not be bringing back one of their free agent LB's in Kyle Van Noy and he will explore his options outside of just the Bolts moving forward. Noy has championship experience and the Chargers brought him in to help a group that was looking to make the next step.

Noy took to social media to reveal that the front office has no interest in re-signing him and the Chargers' fanbase had some mixed reactions.

"I'm actually a free agent and they don't want me back so we going to 31 other teams! Let's gooo."

LA's defense has made improvements in their own way as they signed Eric Kendricks to man their defensive line this year. Drue Tranquill left to the Kansas City Chiefs so that was a big blow but the Bolts have a good amount of members on their roster to help out.

However, Noy was a reliable option last season as he suited up for all 17 games and went for 46 combined tackles. He may have wanted to cash in on a bigger or longer contract and knowing that LA is tight on money right now, they could not come to an agreement.

Nonetheless, we wish Voy the best of luck moving forward and hope he finds success in his next team.
