Former Chargers WR Agrees to Deal With Division Rival

In this story:
It looks the Las Vegas Raiders continue to pile up on everybody that once wore a powder blue uniform.
All jokes aside, Chargers fans will have to get used to the fact that instead of watching their WR DeAndre Carter suit up 17 games for them once again, they will now only see him twice a year and he will be in silver and black.
After just one season in LA, Carter has agreed to a one-year deal with the Raiders worth about $2.3 million. The news was first reported by the NFL's Jordan Schultz.

Carter comes off his best season, totaling 46/538/3 with #Chargers. He also ranked second in the NFL with 11.7 yards per punt return. More help on the way for Jimmy Garoppolo.

Just a few days ago, it was reported that Carter and the Raiders had mutual interest and now they have agreed to partner up. He certainly made his presence felt in his lone season with the Chargers but he was looking for a bigger role that LA could not give him.
His career-highs will certainly be something we miss but with limited cap space and the draft coming up, I am not too worried about how much his absence will affect the Bolts.
With Keenan Allen and Mike Williams demanding most of the receptions and looks, Carter will get a bigger opportunity to shine in Las Vegas. Following the departure of Derek Carr and addition of Jimmy Garoppolo, there is a whole new culture there that he will try to fit into.
Fans had a field day on Twitter once they found out about the signing.
LMAO of course he is. Raiders love going after all our leftovers
