Chargers News: Bolts Fall In Week 11 National Power Rankings

In this story:
Following a tough weekend against the Green Bay Packers, your Los Angeles Chargers saw their record drop to 4-6 on the year. It was another close loss for this team, and they left the field knowing that they could have played much better.
LA now heads home to take on the Baltimore Ravens in a game that could make or break them. Getting a win over Baltimore could save their season, but a loss would plummet them even farther away from the playoff standings.
After the loss to Green Bay, the Bolts took a major dip in the national power rankings. The lowest ranking they had was 26 from CBS Sports and the highest was 13 from Sports Illustrated.
"They are in big trouble right now after falling to 4-6 in losing to the Packers. Facing Baltimore this week won't be easy as the heat intensifies for Brandon Staley."
Per Pete Prisco of CBS Sports
Most others had them in the middle of the pack somewhere. LA feels like they belong somewhere between the 15th spot in the league and the 25th. They are still a decent team, but bad luck and poor execution have plagued them.
"I just can't give up on this team, and I feel some kind of weird, mystic, end-of-season run is still in the works. If Brandon Staley can somehow pull off a stunner over the Ravens next weekend, the schedule opens up generously, with the Bills serving as the lone potential foil (unless you consider the Broncos markedly more dangerous). I still think the Chargers can run the table, and perhaps some of these three-point games start to tip in the other direction."
Per Conor Orr of Sports Illustrated
LA has a lot of work to do to climb back up in the rankings and standings. All they can do is take things one game at a time, and if they do that, maybe they can get back on track this year.
